Me

I had a tough start, struggled to stay motivated. I’m the person motivated by knowledge, the more I could learn the more I wanted it to work. Years of consistency and discipline has helped me change my body to one almost unrecognizable from the one I had 5 years ago. I want to help others build a physique that they are proud of.

It’s been a long journey and I’m just getting started. 

Tsheena

Tsheena was a hard gainer with a fast metabolism. She had a tough time eating enough to grow. While she made good progress on her own, I got to help push her to the next level in the gym and get her nutrition dialed in so she could add some quality muscle. I’m very proud of my friend and her progress!

Grant

Grant needed help, he won a battle with his health but in the process lost all his muscle and most of his motivation. Given some gentle encouragement and a more aggressive shove in the right direction, we’re getting muscle memory to kick in and build him up quick. Getting nutrition on track and not allowing him to slack is literally changing his life in front of my eyes, this may be the client I’m most proud of. We’re even heading to a bodybuilding competition 5 months after getting started!

Grant says this….

”I want to lead with analyzing the photos above. In the first pic I’m a 95 lb cancer survivor x2. The 2nd is a driven 140lb man that has fallen in love with the process. Not only because I have seen the progress so drastically in less than 2 months, but now I truly understand why and how it happened. You can not really change anything without first understanding it. Calaeb is not my first trainer or nutrition coach but he will be my last. He hasn’t just shown his wide array of knowledge, but taught me in ways that I can understand. All in all, if he can take a 95lb cancer survivor that hates his body and make it look like this in only a months time, think about what he can do for you in 6 months or a year if you follow his programs!” 

Brandie

Brandie is a very capable coach and definitely doesn’t need my help in the gym, but I’ve been allowed the opportunity to help her get her nutrition profile dialed in to prepare for powerlifting. I also have the pleasure of partnering with her to help her clients to the next level! I’m very appreciative of her trust in me and she’s a joy to work with!
