We’ll set up a time to call and spend around an hour going through basic nutrition. I’ll try to answer any questions immediately and you can move forward with a clear plan of what healthy sustainable and goal oriented eating looks like.
Here we set you up in my app where you are responsible for correctly entering everything you eat or drink. Then I continually do my job to monitor and adjust your diet habits as we go. This not only keeps you on track for your goals with constant accountability but in time teaches you a healthy and enjoyable relationship with food!
